A public installation project helping raise people’s awareness of climate challenges is under way, bringing together creative startups from Nantes and Montreal. This project enjoys the support of the FFQCD, the France-Quebec fund for decentralised cooperation.
Samoa has signed a sipartnership agreement with Zú, a creative hub for the entertainment sector and creative industries in Montreal. Our current work concerns the internationalisation of firms and entrepreneurs’ support in developing North American markets, a project backed by Quebec’s Minitry of Economy and Innovation as part of the Parcours Numérique support scheme for start-ups in digital technology.
This partnership is designed to facilitate interactions between start-ups and economic stakeholders in both regions. Several Nantes-based firms will be settling into the Zú premises in Montreal, and vice versa, to open up new markets and take part in support schemes.
Over the coming months, the Zú and Samoa teams will also be working together to co-produce events and start reflecting on the future ofentertainment.
